New focus of textile science and technology future_SUZHOU SUZE TEXTILE AND CLOTHING CO., LTD.

On December 6, the "light of textile" 2019 science and Technology Education Award meeting of China Textile Industry Federation was held in Beijing. 1、 Keep up with the trend of science and technology of the times and actively integrate into the general trend of development

In 1850, the breakthrough technology of mankind was the wide use of electrical appliances, and the world entered the electrical age. Since the beginning of the 21st century, new technologies such as big data, cloud computing, Internet of things, artificial intelligence, blockchain and other new technologies are constantly emerging. Digital economy is profoundly changing the way of human production and life. Intelligent manufacturing, digital manufacturing, network manufacturing and other new manufacturing modes with material technology, information technology and manufacturing technology as the core will bring about the fourth industrial revolution, which will have a profound impact on the future development direction of manufacturing industry.

Recently, "blockchain" has become a hot word of public opinion. General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed in the 18th collective learning of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee on October 24 that the integrated application of blockchain technology plays an important role in new technological innovation and industrial transformation. The collective learning of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee aims at the forefront of technological change, showing the Party Central Committee''s grip on the direction of scientific and technological work, forward-looking judgment and future foresight. It also brings "blockchain" into the public view and becomes the common concern of financial capital, real economy and public opinion. At present, the application scenarios based on blockchain technology have been extended from the financial field to the real economy field, covering the financial fields such as supply chain finance, mutual insurance, clearing and settlement, asset trading, and other financial fields, as well as non-financial fields such as commodity traceability, copyright protection, medical treatment, logistics, electronic certificate storage and e-government. In the textile industry, blockchain technology can run through the whole life cycle of products, which can not only enhance the transparency and traceability of textile and clothing value chain, but also improve the credibility and brand degree of products. Blockchain technology is expected to become one of the basic technologies of the fourth industrial revolution. It is organically integrated with big data, cloud computing and artificial intelligence, which will greatly improve the operational efficiency of the real economy and promote the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.

In history, the event that a technology drives the whole society to change has happened many times. They usually follow a pattern: new technology + original industry to create new industry. From the beginning of the industrial revolution, several major technological revolutions have followed the similar law: first, most of the existing industries use new technologies to produce new industries second, not every enterprise has to engage in the manufacture of new technology products themselves more often, they use new technologies to transform the original industries. In history, those entrepreneurs who have consciously or unconsciously accepted this law will often stand at the top of the wave in the next new era. Every technological revolution will give birth to a new way of thinking and business model. Only by keeping up with the new era in thought and action can we remain invincible in the future business. In the integration of industry and new technology, the textile industry should be said to have the most historical origin. The first industrial revolution was marked by the invention of Jennie spinning frame, which increased the spinning efficiency by more than 40 times. With the rapid development of science and technology, it is the only way to keep China''s textile industry invincible by continuously absorbing new technologies and actively integrating into the general trend of science and technology development in order to maintain the sustainable innovation of the industry.

2、 Scientific and technological elements have become an important force to guide consumption

With the supply side and the demand side of our country at the same time, consumption upgrading has been unconsciously integrated into people''s daily life, and scientific and technological elements have become an important force to guide consumption. In particular, in recent years, "black technology +" products frequently appear in people''s consumption line of sight. Whether it is all kinds of electronic products, household goods, outdoor sports equipment and intelligent wearable clothing, more and more new materials, new technologies and new processes are mined and applied to various products by businesses and become the highlight of commodity publicity. Moreover, with the development of education in China, the cultural level and scientific literacy of consumers have been strengthened, and the scientific and technological elements of commodities have gradually become an important factor in consumer choice. According to KPMG''s global survey, Chinese consumers are leading the world in identifying new technologies. More than half of the Chinese consumers interviewed said they are very interested in new technologies. Whenever a new product is launched, they will take the lead in purchasing, which is far higher than the global average of 29%. In recent years, various popular crowdfunding platforms in China have also confirmed the above-mentioned research.

In the field of textile and clothing, with the improvement of people''s living standards, consumers'' demand for fashionable, functional and personalized products is increasing, and the trend of integration of technology and fashion will be more obvious. In recent years, the number of "science and technology +" products has gradually increased, and the related fields have also been constantly expanded. High tech, wearable and intelligent products have become the key words of brand promotion. For example, the flexible electronic components are implanted into the textiles, so that the sensors, flexible switches, flexible electronic circuit boards, conductive yarn and traditional textiles are integrated, so that the sensing and communication functions can span from external to embedded and then to endogenous. The integration of science and technology and textile not only embodies that science and technology endows textile products with new vitality, on the other hand, textiles also endow science and technology with more beautiful carrier through aesthetics and design.
